Grilled Tuna Steak with a twist

ingredients:

1 tuna steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
fresh cilantro

directions:

preheat grill
place fish on aluminum, brush olive oil on fish, sprinkle on salt and pepper. Then take two or three cilantro stalks and chop finely. Place the cilantro on top of fish. Wrap aluminum around fish closing the top. Let grill 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is done.

*If wanting to make more that one steak repeat procedure for each.
